Do they know Hospitality? No

Liked:Tried to change our date for a one night stay and they refused. We had to cancel and stay elsewhere. Only wanted to shift by one night as our road trip was held up. We have canceled our Hilton Honors and will never stay with them again. Sad! Plenty of good hotels who care about their customers! Ps we are Florida residents!
