They allow children in dorms !

Liked:Most hostels do not allow children in their dorms but this one does ! I am a female and booked a female dorm for me and my son for only 37 euros for 2 people. But when I arrived with my son, I was told my reservation was invalid due to his sex. This is totally reasonable. I was upgraded (for 74 euros) to a 2 bedroom dorm. It was nice not to have other roommates. The room was a good size, bed was good, the air conditioner worked well, it was quiet inside and outside of the hostel, I didnt even hear or see any other guests in the hostel even though it was still high season.

Disliked:Each bed has 1 pillow but these are small pillows (almost like accent pillows and kind of thin) and it was impossible for me to sleep due to this.

Liked:The rooms was comfortable and hostel was almost empty.

Disliked:The host was rude. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything from the other rooms. You have to pay 5 euros for "luggage store" that means you can leave your bags under the stairs in the hall. We picked up the bags and wanted to wait for the taxi in the hostel (20 mins) he was watching us via camera and called me and was shouting beacause we did not pay for this and leave the hostel inmediatelly. So we sat 20 mins before the hostel on the sidewalk. They did not clean at all during our stay. I would not recommend this, choose another place.

Excellent

Liked:Paulo is the best part of this property, he is very helpful and personable. I don’t normally stay at hostels, but this experience was great, and opened me up to the idea of staying in more hostels in the future. I really appreciate the option for a female only dorm. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities were very clean. Breakfast in the morning is free and had bread, yogurt, cheese, juice, coffee, fruits. Paolo let me leave my luggage for the whole day since my flight was late at night for only a few euros. Highly recommend!

Liked:Straight to the point: I really enjoyed my stay here! Everything was very well managed. I received detailed check-in instructions, which made the process smooth. The area felt safe (great bonus). Paulo was attentive and helpful, ensuring I had the best experience on the island during the low season. Since I don’t have a driving license, his recommendations for places to visit and guidance on transportation were handy.
