Disliked:One thing I really didn’t like was that a stray dog kept wandering in and out of the hotel’s front entrance. The manager on duty kept disabling the automatic doors to keep the dog from coming inside, which meant guests had to manually pull the doors open every time. It was inconvenient and frustrating. What made even less sense was that my mom wasn’t allowed to come up to my room for even a quick visit because she wasn’t a registered guest, yet a stray dog was able to roam the hallways freely. Make it make sense. On top of that, the walls were paper-thin. We could hear absolutely everything happening in the room next to us, which made it difficult to relax.

Disliked:I do not recommend this hotel for guests over the age of 50 or for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. It is very difficult to access a second-floor room without reliable assistance. I was assigned a second-floor room and had heavy luggage. Arriving was not a problem because the front desk staff helped me with my luggage. However, checking out was a completely different experience. The night before my departure, I reminded the front desk that I would need assistance with my luggage the following morning. They assured me there would be no problem. However, when I called the next morning, I was told that someone would be there shortly. After waiting for quite some time, I could not wait any longer because I needed to complete my checkout. I ended up carrying my heavy luggage down the stairs by myself. When I came downstairs carrying my luggage, the front desk clerk did not seem to realize that I had received no assistance. It was only after she looked at the screen and saw my room number that she asked if anyone had helped me with my luggage. By then, the answer was obvious—I had already carried it down the stairs by myself.

Liked:Location is good. Right by airport and main highways and roads.

Disliked:Rooms are bad. We had 103. They are dingy and humid. We had to have the ac running on 68 at all times. The front door popped open on us 2 times (that we recall) and 1 in the middle of the night while we slept. The auto lock did not work. There was an excursion of some sort and 3 vans full of teenagers that were loud, slammed doors (room 101 next to us) and ran up and down the hallways until at least 11pm. The only staff members that were kind was the security guard with short blonde hair and Julissa who always greeted us and said goodbye. Our floor and carpet was dirty so we put towels down to not step on the bathroom one. The top blanket on the beds feels like tissue paper and it's itchy, the pillows were horrible and like sleeping on a bag of water. My last 2 nights my neck was not happy. We had to use at least 2 or 3 to even lay comfortably if just relaxing in the bed. The rooms are tightly packed together so you hear EVERYTHING! Our neighbors in 105 were super loud at 7am in their bathroom to which there was a door that connected our rooms and I could hear every noise, conversation and cakle at 7am. I would've spent one day and left if it wasn't for cancelation fees. 3 nights were horrible. Avoid it if you can. I have no idea how this place has 4☆ reviews on google.
