Disliked:No bedding available for the sofa bed. Requested it and asked if we could come get it, as it was late. She said she needed to locate them and would bring it soon. Didn’t bring it for another hour and a half. All were sleeping, and she knocked on the door many times until someone woke up. Shower was zero entry and not pitched correctly so water went everywhere and needed to use all the towels to keep it from getting to the carpet.

Liked:Breakfast was fine. Weekend staff was nice. Weekday staff not so much

Disliked:For the most part it was ok. Asked house keeping to swap towels out was told i needed to go to front desk. ImI’m lazy no thank you.
