Exceeded Expectations in Every Way

Liked:If you are looking for a nice family and business oriented hotel in nicest area of Plano - look no more. Hotel is conveniently located near major office campuses, within 5-7 min from top restaurants. It is a very nice safe area, no construction nearby in Aug 2026. I had a reservation in another hotel, but it fell thru. I stopped by at Home2Suites as a walk-in. Shelly met me.on the front desk and basically made my day - she found the room setup we needed for my family, despite the hotel was sold out the night before. She offered to call me if the rooms are ready to check in earlier. She treated my family with kindness and smile. When I got into our rooms, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgraded suite. I stayed there for a work week. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling with your family or on a business trip. All front desk reps were very attentive and helpful. There is gas station, 7-11, and Panera next door. Very convenient. There is a pool onsite which is rarely getting occupied. Most of the week we were there alone in am and pm. Towels are provided. Gym is nice as well - very few people at one given time. The breakfast deserves a separate review - personnel is super attentive, helpful, they keep everything spotless. Oatmeal poridge, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, and plenty of other healthy options. Coffee is available 24/7 - always fresh and hot. I really appreciate the hospitality of everyone.
