Great spot!

Liked:Our loft room was really nice! Spacious enough for our family of four! Bright in the morning though due to no shades on the windows. The pool is huge and very fun! The Sargassum was a bummer, but we rented a golf cart through the hotel. We went into Placencia and swam at the beautiful beach there. We drove into the village for dinner every night. Our golf cart was very helpful to get around town. The rental prices through the hotel were equal to the outside vendors anyway.

The Placencia Experience was amazing!!!

Liked:The Itz Ana Staff made this such an enjoyable vacation in which so many memories were made. We met old friends and made new friends as well. The restaurant dining was exquisite and all the amenities that your resort provided was amazing.

Liked:Very pretty buildings and rooms.

Disliked:Noisy with building machines and lots of work men on site, including right in front of our hotel room , beach was closed due to seaweed , made whole hotel smell, and hotel didn’t even mention it or apologize for it.

Nice place. Overall great stay.

Liked:Nice property, friendly staff

Disliked:The check in - front office lady was not helpful. We requested an early check in and waited when we couldn’t even get into the room until 3:10 after check in time
