First impressions last

Disliked:The apartment was quite unclean when we arrived. The most significant issue was the mold all over the showers and the dirty/greasy kitchen. By the looks of things, the guests are expected to clean as they leave, but if they don't there isn't much of an effort by the staff to follow with a deep clean. We requested additional cleaning which was provided, but first impressions last.
