Great location but service needs an upgrade to be truly a 5 star resort

Liked:The villa is clean and spacious The staff is nice and friendly They have shuttle bus to pick up and drop off from airport The beach is gorgeous. The most beautiful beach in phu Quoc The small water park was kinda entertaining

Disliked:The breakfast hall is huge but unorganized for 5 star standard. The food is also mediocre. I expected more from the price they charge The wait for buggy to move from the villa to the beach or the reception is terrible. Needs a more efficient operation for 5 star resort

Lovely, modern resort, on great beach, but very large, not very authentic surroundings.

Liked:Amazing facilities, great beach access, lovely beach too, superb pools, great kids room, an awesome little water park, then a great indoor area for adults. The resort was modern, green, clean... so really good in that regard.

Disliked:It is gigantic. You need, especially in the heat, to get buggys around, which can take time. It was very crowded whilst we were there, due to a large corporate event, which meant that breakfast felt like a melee, getting a pool lounger super tough... so it suffers due to its size. It is a giant machine of a resort. It is also a little away from the core of the island. You have this weird mock parisian ghost town on its doorstep, which is super strange and largely empty. Also "Sunset Town", which is also a manufactured tourist spot... so not much authenticity around it.
