Please note that guests must book the airport transfer service 48 hours in advance. Airport transfer will operate based on the guests' schedule. The room rate on 31 December includes the Compulsory New Year’s Eve Dinner for 2 guests per room. The third person will be charged upon check in with the rate of VND 3,800,000 per adult and VND 1,900,000 for children from 6 to 11 years old. Children from 12 years old are considered adults. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that all Vietnamese guests need to provide a valid government-issued ID at check-in. For the booking of five rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The shuttle service operates daily from 06:00 to 22:00. ssssssGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
