Great Downtown Hotel

Liked:I say here regularly with work and must of stayed at least 30 times. This is great downtown hotel and I always have a great nights sleep here. The pool deck is great and always quiet, you can take drinks from the bar up there. The restaurant and bar is good, the outdoor area is very AZ - fire pits, cactus, wicker chairs, I love it. The rooms are large, a king bed or two queens, floor to ceiling window, huge TV, mini fridge, tea/coffee and a safe. The bed is super comfy and a clean modern bathroom. There is parking but it’s expensive, I recommend one of the local lots, there are plenty. The downtown Phoenix area is good, a large selection of restaurants and bars and an easy walk to the baseball and basketball stadiums. 25min drive from PHX airport.

Where's the front?

Disliked:Finding the front of the hotel. Google took us to the back side. No signs. Once we did find a valet area, no one was there initially.

Liked:The aroma stuck with me. Amazingly fresh! From front door to the hallways, in the elevator and in the hallways to the 14th floor. Rooms very well kept. Over all Consistency!!!

Disliked:Would like to see a more of a convenient store on location or more selections. I like the vending machine, but that was very pricey for small quantities.
