Falling apart

Liked:We stayed here twice last year and it was good, but this year everything was falling apart. The pool was closed for two weeks. Tiles lose, elevators not working. Shower head was coming off.

Very unsatisfied will never be back to this hotel.

Disliked:Property does not disclose when there amenities (ie pool) are down when booking or checking in for stay. Staff member told me they are unable to tell guest about any amenities not in service.

Liked:Large suites. Good food at Burger Theory. All staff friendly & professional.

Disliked:Only thing & no ones fault. Pool was not working. They did have a shuttle to another hotel to go swimming, which was nice!
