Not overall stay was great.

Liked:For the most part, I enjoyed the amenities the hotel had to offer, especially the rooftop pool, the lounge area, and the many attractions located within walking distance of the property. The room itself was clean, and I had a beautiful view that enhanced my stay. I also found the other guests and tenants to be very friendly and pleasant throughout my visit.

Disliked:I booked my stay through Booking.com and paid for the room online before arrival. Upon check-in, I was surprised by the required $250 security deposit, as I had not been aware of that policy beforehand. While that was unexpected, it was not the main issue during my stay. When I entered my room, I noticed that my key card was difficult to scan, which made me think there may have been an issue with the door sensor. Although the room appeared generally clean, it seemed as though it had been turned over rather quickly, as there was still some dust and debris on the floor. One of my biggest disappointments was discovering that the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. Fortunately, I had brought my own travel-size body wash, but this is something that should have been checked before the room was assigned to a guest. Overall, I did not feel particularly welcomed upon arrival. No one offered assistance with my luggage, and I ended up taking the bell cart to my floor by myself. The most uncomfortable part of my stay occurred around 10:00 a.m. when management knocked on my door to conduct a routine K-9 inspection. This was the first time I had heard about such an inspection. The manager informed me that the front desk should have advised me of this policy during check-in, but that information was never communicated to me. Being unexpectedly awakened for an inspection made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable. To be clear, I am not claiming that I was specifically targeted. However, the experience left me feeling as though I was being monitored in a way that made me uncomfortable. Having previously worked in hospitality, I understand that certain guests may receive additional attention, but the situation still felt unsettling. On a positive note, the manager was courteous and did compensate my parking charge for the day, which I appreciated. Despite the issues I experienced, I did enjoy parts of my stay. Liked:It was clean, professional, and I loved my view from my room.

Disliked:They did pretty well about expectations.. one concern I did have was in the lounge the tvs wasn’t working It was a bummer because I wanted to watch my team play but I went to my room and watched it so it’s not a big deal. Overall 10/10
