Liked:Lovely hotel across the street from Philadelphia City Hall and a very short walk to Reading Terminal Market.

Disliked:1. Hotel staff did not permit us to use restrooms outside workout room. 2. Paid for included breakfast. Was told it included anything on menu. Then charged for "overage." Explanation of the way it works should be provided prior to customers ordering.
