Fantastic for the price!

Liked:Front desk workers were super kind, polite and helpful. Convienant location in china town, and even the parking guy outside was friendly, and parkinf was only 35, which is great for philly. Room wasnt perfect, but for 85 dollars in philly, it was well above my expectations. Bathroom was clean, no noisy neighbors. Very happy with my stay

Disliked:Nothing big at all. Some cosmetic issues in room but youre there to sleep and its 85 dollars.

Liked:Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location is very convenient to major attractions.

Disliked:The rooms were not great. Walls were dirty. Empty shampoo and conditioner in shower. They had to take used bottles from other rooms. At breakfast, the creamers were a month past their "use by" date. Overheard other customers asking for shampoo, body wash, etc. We have stayed here a few times, and each time it is more "run down".
