Great customer service

Liked:I visited the hotel with my family, and we were greeted by Nezho at check- in. She provided exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived. Her interaction with us was warm, informative, and truly top- tier. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. Thank you, Nezho. Great job Sheraton!!!

Great location, great staff and very clean

Liked:Location was perfect and hotel itself was great. We came here for my nephew dance send off and was able to set up the terrace and gave my nephew a wonderful experience.. the manager Ty Thomas was really nice and went above and beyond to make sure me and my family had the best experience. Will 100 percent recommend and return

Fantastic service from front desk to bar staff

Liked:This hotel has had a fantastic makeover. From the lobby to the rooms to the club, it really looks fantastic. Best amenity of the room was the handheld steamer! We were checked in by an Army Veteran (we feel terrible that we didn’t get his name, but he made us feel right at home and made sure that we were Marriott Bonvoy members by the time we left). The evening bar staff of Flo, Nikki and Rey were so awesome. Not only did they make fantastic cocktails (must try the Bourbon mule!) but they also helped us with our dinner reservations for the week! This is our go to place when we come to Philadelphia and UPenn.
