Disliked:I use a walker and I specifically chose this place because it said it was ADA accessible. I was so disappointed that my room was on the fifth floor, the elevator doors were extremely narrow and it was impossible to get in with my backpack and my walker. I had to fold my equipment and throw my backpack in separate hoping that the doors won’t close in on me. Then, I specifically asked if my bed could be lower before I checked in. Again I was disappointed when the bed was so extremely high, it took every ounce of my energy to get on there and improvise by getting up on the chair to transfer to the bed. The water in the shower was ice cold and took a good 30 minutes to fully warm up. I kept just getting frustrated and I didn’t even want to be there anymore because everything turned into a mental gymnastics. It also didn’t help that getting picked up from that location was close to impossible. I almost always needed to go across the street. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless some serious changes go in place. The price is absolutely not worth it

I had a great time.

Liked:Bed was great! I got very good sleep. Location was excellent!

Disliked:Took all my energy to open and close the door to the room. Bathroom had no toilet paper holder. Shower had a sliding door that didn’t slide very well. There were a lot of cracks in the wall.
