Rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was good. Front reception did not make us feel very welcome.

Liked:Location is very central to downtown and right next door to Reading Market.

Disliked:We had to wait over a half hour in line at check in as there was only one person at the desk. Then the directions to our room, which was located in another building, were very complicated and it was very loud in the lobby and hard to hear and took us three tries to find our room.
