Aged rougher hotel

Liked:The room I received was very rough. There were numerous larger holes on the walls in various locations where items used to hang. The couch looked very deflated. Everything looked aged and banged up. The bathroom looked old and stained in numerous corners. Valet pick up took 25 minutes once I arrived downstairs to get in the car. The gal at the front desk and the associate at the valet post were friendly and did a good job.

We really enjoyed it stay. Great location, great property, great service!

Liked:The room was spacious and little kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and we had excellent customer service.

Liked:Close to what we needed, big room for a family

Disliked:We got a room with non functional toilets, it took a day to fix it which was very uncomfortable. Also the parking per day is expensive and there is no parking in the area

Liked:I asked for no smoking room. When I was sleeping during the night the smell of smoke from another room came to my room it was terrible. I had to cover my head to get asleep. And in the morning when I walked the hallway the smell of marijuana also was unbearable I had to walk very fast to avoid that unpleasant smell on my nose. Those two nights was a nightmare for me. I suggest the hotel have a complete no smoking section aisle

Disliked:No smoking section should be mandatory! I paid to the hotel for me to rest and relax, but I got a nightmare and a headache, stress, and deception. That was the worst experience I ever got in a hotel.8 I hope no one gets that disturbing smoke smell.
