Disliked:The floor situation, you have to go to the 60th floor and then change elevators. A bit inconvenient.

Exceeded Expectations

Liked:We stayed at this hotel for one night but wished we stayed longer because everything was outstanding!!! The hotel had a very elegant atmosphere, and everything was spotlessly clean. It was in a perfect location; our room had a beautiful view of Philadelphia and we were only 30 minutes away from the King of Prussia Mall. The room we had was gorgeous--it was spacious, clean, and very modern, with dimmable lights and button-controlled curtains. There were plenty of amenities: an espresso machine, an electric kettle, a stocked freezer, a flatscreen TV, complimentary toiletries, and a lighted makeup mirror. The hotel was nice and quiet, so we had no trouble sleeping (and the beds were extremely comfortable). What stood out to us most, though, was the exceptional service the hotel offered. The manager, Chris, was very gracious and kind, offering us a room upgrade, and sending us a complimentary food platter (the man who brought the platter was also very kind). Also, Emily offered amazing service, and was extremely polite, helpful, and kind. The bellmen who handled our luggage both went above and beyond, as did the service member who brought breakfast and the valets. The luxurious accommodations combined with the stellar customer service made this hotel just about perfect!

Five Star Perfection in Philly

Liked:Magnificent experience. The building is awe inspiring and perfectly located. Everything is squeaky clean new and modern. Most of all, the staff is amazing. Every single person who works at the hotel is over the top exceptional with making sure you are happy. Would never stay anywhere else in Philly.
