Liked:The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pricey but not bad for hotel breakfast. And it was buffet only.

Disliked:The not having cookies available. One of theain reason I book here instead of other hotels is the cookies and they didn't have any available during my stay. Having to pay for parking is bad enough but if I got there at 8:00 at night and I paid to park I should be able to park for 24 hours since it's a 24-hour parking but anything past noon was considered another day regardless of the fact that I didn't get in until 8:00 at night that supposedly 24-hour parking is only whatever time you get there until 12:00 the next day.

Booking.com overbooked and I ended up without a room.

Liked:Booking.com made the reservation but hotel had no rooms. I was stuck at 2am without hotel.

Disliked:I will never use Booking.com again. We were overbooked and so were many other people waiting in line to check in who used your site. It is disgraceful that you take advantage of people this way.
