No air conditioning and temps in the 90’s- rude staff

Liked:Air conditioner wasn’t working and we kept being told it would be fixed soon. After 2 days of misery and being lied to the staff was super rude. I was told by one manager we would get a refund and are now having to go through our credit card company because they didn’t keep their word.
