Disconnected Staff & Poor Accommodations

Liked:Bartender, Q was the main highlight giving exceptional insight on places to go and things to do in Philly, and front desk receceptionist, Michael gets 5 stars as he was very apologetic for his fellow staff members, trying to accommodate as much as possible for their huge shortcomings.

Disliked:Staff members, Olin and Jordan who both worked the front desk. They were extremely disconnected and failed to provide acceptable customer service. Jordan was asked to make sure our room was cleaned and she failed to do so therefore we had no clean linen or clean wash cloths. Olin had a very dismissive attitude and tone deaf to all my questions and concerns. Jordan was the same, not at all helpful or attentive to her responsibilities. Also valet parking was way too expensive especially for large vehicles and an additional fee for in/out so we parked in garage across the street which was very reasonable, however our rental was damaged as the exit ramp was extremely narrow causing the side to be severely scratched 😳.
