Filthy run down hotel, needs major reno

Liked:Very run down and dirty. Stained and very dirty carpeting. Pool out of order. Either mold or heavy dust on a/c intake in room so we checked out and left. Never seen an HGI in this kinda shape for this amount of money. Only positive was the poor clerk at checkin. The smell hit us as soon as we walked in the front door.
