I stay here because of the pools but the location is not convenient

Liked:After 4 nights at the Oceanfront Beach Resort, it is safe to say, my girlfriend and I had an amazing stay. The staff were very kind and accomodating to all of our needs. The bartender by the pool on most of the days (I believe his name was Rain) did a fantastic job, with the service he provided to us. Always delivering our drinks with a smile and greeting us, when arriving and leaving the pool. He made our days and nights by the pool, truly special. But this kindness is extended for all of the staff at Oceanfront Beach Resort. Our room was very spacious and provided all of the amenities needed for our 4 night stay. The complimentary bus shuttle into Patong Beach was also very useful when we wanted to explore.

Disliked:In the duration of our stay, there were various moments where other guests were being disrespectful to both the resort and the staff working. During buffet breakfast, there was a family that were very loud, often glaring at us, and just being rude in general to the staff (not saying thank you, or please, not pushing in chairs when leaving). Although this did not affect our stay entirely, it did slightly bother us to see how they were arrogantly treating the very kind staff, who were just doing their best at their job. Other behaviours from other guests at the pool was also appalling, leaving rubbish around the pool and beds. We understand that all of these guests are also on holiday, but there is no need to be this level of rude and disrespectful.
