Read your contract carefully and know that the management is gretty and not flexible in cancellations.

Liked:location, pool, staff, restaurant

Disliked:uneven walkways. there are many short ramp. I tripped on one and fell hard onto the cement. The staff was quick to clean all my wounds. The transition area of the ramps are marked with a stripe on the cement by they are faded and need repainting. The resort is centered around water activities and because of the severity of my wounds I was not comfortable going into the water. So I requested to check out early and get a refund but management denied my request citing the nonrefundable clause in my reservation.

Perfect hotel for the whole family.

Liked:Clean, comfortable, great facilities for kids. Perfect location for walking around Patong. Great breakfast, but most of all great staff - they were so friendly and wonderful with the kids. We loved it.

Disliked:Nothing, it was great.
