Overal happy and satisfied, probably a couple of upgrades required but nothing too dramatic!

Liked:The staff were great, friendly and professional. Location was good a bit of walk to central but away from noisy areas! Property was clean.

Disliked:No balcony in the rooms! And so no smoking area! We had to come down to the street for smokes! Also breakfast didn't have much variety.
