Great place to stay, rooms starting to become out of date but still comfortable,

Disliked:Some Indian patrons 3 rooms up who were rude, obnoxious and down right creepy towards the woman in our group.

I had a pleasant stay, but the hotel needs renovation.

Liked:I loved the view from my room overlooking the jacuzzi and the lush green mountains. I would also like to thank the Customer Service Manager, Mr. Kevin, for kindly extending my check-out time until 4:00 PM. His excellent service made my stay more comfortable.

Disliked:The hotel is starting to show its age and would benefit from renovation. The in-room jacuzzi also needs refurbishment. I was disappointed that breakfast is no longer served as an open buffet and has been replaced with an à la carte menu. Overall, the hotel doesn't feel the same as it did when I visited two years ago.

My stay was such a good experience. I will stay at this hotel again should I visit Thailand again.

Liked:The staff is so friendly and always willing to help

Disliked:I forgot my towel at the poolside and only realized a day after checking out. I called the hotel and they found my towel. I requested Bolt collect to collect it was delivered safely to my location. They are so honest and trustworthy.
