Good quality resort and very gentle staff in a great location.

Disliked:There was an issue in the swimming pool for those accessing directly from the room. We couldn’t use it for one day. We had an issue with the card reader that lasted for 3 days. Kind of inconvenient when we were arriving late in the night to wait for the maintenance team to fix it with a minimum of 30-60 mins each time. We asked for early checkout and advised to get a takeaway breakfast ready since it was already paid; however, that morning nothing was arranged by the hotel.
