Liked:Property is near by beach and easy to commute for shops

Disliked:The behavior of the staff was quite rude, and they were not cooperative at all. When I requested cutlery, they initially refused to provide it. After a lengthy argument, they finally gave me a whisky glass and even asked me to sign a paper for it. I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience and would not recommend this hotel to others. There was also a significant language barrier, as the staff struggled to understand and communicate in English, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Excellent service, great facilities, and unforgettable memories.

Liked:The room and pool were very clean. Perhaps because it was the rainy season, there were fewer crowds, which allowed us to enjoy the pool even more. The pool access room was an excellent choice for our family, as it gave us easy access to the pool anytime. The staff were incredibly friendly and kindly accommodated our early check-in request. During our stay, it was my birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised to return to our room and find a birthday cake along with beautiful birthday decorations. It made our stay even more special and memorable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.
