Nice facility with stunning views let down by incompetent management

Liked:Room was excellent, site spectacular. Good outdoor swimming facilities but note only one pool is heated. Exercise classes were good and free. Lots of great places to explore within a 1 hour radius.

Disliked:Meals were chaos with long queues, much of the buffet hot food goes cold and drinks service is haphazard (note re drinks: not even a glass of water Is included in the inclusive dinner price). Lots of facilities are advertised but not available (e.g. sauna/steam rooms only accessible if you pay 100 euro + for spa treatment, table tennis is only available for the kids clubs, rubbish quality of tennis equipment provided ruined the game. Rooms run up a hillside and are served by a single funicular cable car cabin. Nice idea but very impractical and means if you miss a lift you can be waiting ~8 mins for the next one.

Liked:We loved it here! Beautiful views and hotel! Pools are very nice! Staff is so welcoming and friendly! Very helpful their restaurant (Mitato) is very good.

Disliked:A little far away from excursions - renting a car is pretty much essential

Disliked:We paid for half board but there is no water provided for dinner/buffet. The price itself is not cheap, so I understand that. Also the service staff need to serve many tables and often cannot help to order the drinks for dinner. We had couple of times that the staff came to help with orders for drinks but we almost finished our dinner .

Liked:Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Everything was perfect — the hotel, the beautiful surroundings, the room, the facilities, the cleanliness, the food, and especially the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and attentive, always making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The entire resort is beautifully designed, very clean and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. We stayed with our baby and the hotel was absolutely perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Everything was comfortable, convenient and well thought out. The breakfast was excellent, we had an amazingexprience at 2 a la carte restaurants, the pool area was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. Without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing and truly special stay. 10/10 — absolutely perfect
