Lovely staff, very friendly and great facility for kids! Will come back :)

Disliked:There was not a good management of the sun beds. There were 7 pools, and all had full sun beds with towels, but only 20% of them with people. Which was frustrating for us, because we could never find a comfy sun bed.

Beautiful resort but missing some key elements

Liked:Newly renovated so most of the buildings are nice and clean and new. Food overall was good quality. The beach is very private and beautiful but not easily accessible. Lots of activities for everyone in the family to do. All of the staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Disliked:Even though you pay for the all inclusive you have to pay again just to reserve a paddle or tennis court. The paddle court is also unusable because the top net is too low. It was Impossible to get a lounge chair by the main pool because People put down towels (even though they aren't they and don't come back for hours) and no one from the hotel helps to make sure this could be avoided. The gym is small and outdated and closes at 9pm. There are only 3 other 'restaurants' which were always booked up so you have to get used to the buffet.
