Great hotel for older people and kids

Liked:Staff very nice and helpful, great buffet for dinner and breakfast, rooms are comfy, location is fine in the area

Disliked:It really felt like a parking for old people and it's a bit weird, but it doesn't necessarily matters. The swimming pool area was too crowded, too small and felt weird as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Hotel Ilusion Calma & Spa!

Liked:We really enjoyed our stay at Ilusion Calma & Spa! The staff were one of the highlights of our experience. Aleks welcomed us warmly upon arrival, while Samuel and Antonio were friendly and helpful during checkout. Their excellent customer service made us feel comfortable and welcome. We also loved the breakfast and lunch, especially the fresh eggs and omelettes prepared by Jimi at the restaurant. Everything was delicious, and we appreciated the care and effort put into the food and service. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay. The staff's hospitality made a real difference, and we would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Mallorca. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome! ❤️
