Horrible. Stealing items from room. No communication

Liked:Staff was very rood. No information given. We need to find how to connect to wifi, no breakfast information given. Very hard open balcony door, always stuck. Cleaners take staff without asking. First day took our personal coffee cups, but we did not said anything. Was thinking maybe it was mistake. Next day she took personal wine glasses, which we bought from shop and paid our money in Mallorca. This glasses was sign and very different from hotel glasses. We go to complain to reception, but they can not find it and do not want to return or refund money. Was asking proof what we had it. We still had glasses original boxes left. They said what we did not had it. Us well was missing from our room my husband Samsung Bluetooth air pods, but later they found it somehow in reception. Do not believe them. Asked cleaners about wine glasses, she said with translator: why you worried about this glasses, enjoy holiday, sun and forget about this little things. Afraid to leave stuff in room. Very disappointing

100% would come again, great hotel right by the beach and airport!

Liked:Good for the airport bus, only one stop away, approx 4 mins. Bus was A2 to Arenal, 4.50 euros; very convenient location next to the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Comfy rooms Staff helpful Good bar upstairs with a nice view of the marina and plenty of seating in the downstairs bar, reasonable prices similar to the UK Breakfast: plenty of food; always find somewhere to sit Approx 20-minute walk for aviation lovers like me, to sit and watch the planes arrive and depart by the runway! Can also see planes depart from the rooftop

Disliked:- walls are very thin; can hear people upstairs; need earplugs - bar upstairs only open until 7.30 pm (however, the waiter was lovely!) - pillows and bed quite hard; however, there were softer pillows in the closet :) - good housekeeping - the view onto other rooms but can't be helped

Perfect!

Liked:Great location. One stop away from the airport on the bus. The beach is across the road and is a fabulous beach Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance Breakfast in the morning had lots of choice Our room was really spacious and clean with a really powerful shower Mini fridge was useful for drinks The pool on the rooftop is small but perfect. We managed to get a sunbed every day There is a bar on the rooftop too which was well stocked

Disliked:A kettle and some cups in the room would be useful
