Truly disappointing.

Liked:The staff at the restaurant circa 59 were friendly. Breakfast was amazing.

Disliked:Day shift staff at the front desk were rude. The oasis pool bar was closed. Myself and a few other guests called to ask about it being open and front desk said someone would be out shortly. About 2 hours after no one showed up to manage the bar asked again and were told they would send someone out waited just about nearly 5 hours just to find out at the cafe that that bar is permanently closed at the oasis pool. My daughter called to ask for a few plates and a microwave and got a very rude response from front desk. My family and i first time here and checked out a day early because we were really disappointed in the way the manager and Sara treated us. Not to mention that I was told for the adults in the rooms would have complimentary breakfast and when I asked the manager again her response was rude and had been given false information.
