Perfect Location in Palms Springs

Liked:Location of the Hotel in the middle of Downtown. Rooms are clean and big. Badroom are well designed and comfortable. Bed was really comfortable. Very nice amenities. Valet Parking and very friendly staff.

Kimpton lied to us multiple times - poor

Liked:Nothing , the pool was out of use, we were not informed. We were promised a full refund by the front desk after booking a replacement hotel

Disliked:Promised a refund after pool was not in use with no message to tell us this, we booked another hotel after getting this confirmation. Since we have had resistance to helping and no refund as of now. Won't be staying at a kimpton again unless this is resolved
