Clean and quiet place.

Liked:The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Disliked:The whirlpool was not heated. I had to walk about 2 1/2 blocks to get to beach and that includes walking in front of traffic at intersections without traffic lights.

Disliked:They didn't return the $50 deposit they ask for upon entry, which was processed through a credit card. Be careful!

Liked:Good location, excellent staff, nice little breakfast café, the entire facility was highly maintained, and our room was spotless. 9 out of 10.

Disliked:The only thing that wasn't excellent was the cardio equipment in the gym. If the owners were to replace the poor quality treadmill and elliptical with decent middle tier gym quality options this establishment would be a 10 out of 10. The staff and everything else was superb. Also adding a caffeine coffee option for the rooms coffee machine and the one located near the pool/lounge area would be a plus.

Liked:I liked that it was close to the beach and to the Palm-beach restaurants/bars area. I enjoyed working out in the morning. I was glad that they were able to leave my bag until I was able to pick it up later in the day.

Disliked:I didn't like the fact that I had to walk in the dark to go back after the bars. Although it wasn't that far 10 minutes away, it is better to take a taxi to go back to the hotel after dark.
