Liked:The spa was awesome, very large and spacious, so I went both morning and evening every day I stayed there. Location is convienent close to the Umeda station in Osaka, there is also large amount of restaurants very close by the hotel. Staff was also very friendly.

Pleasant enough stay, but short of being a total relaxing stay. The main issue was probably the bed for me just was not
