Disliked:We were never helped by the front desk team for check in or check out. We had to figure out how to do this ourselves. No one offered to help. I expected the process to be much smoother especially since it was our first time there

Modern hotel near the train station, but complicated walking connection to hotel lobby.

Liked:Modern hotel, clean with a good views from our room. They stored our luggage until check in time. Important that they had helpful staff to navigate the process. Close to train station and airport bus. No damage from an earthquake.

Disliked:The various elevators and escalators took a while to figure out, as it is on the upper floors of a multi-use building. Only certain elevators access the hotel, and only certain ones access the restaurants on the lower floors. Getting to the hotel lobby from the train station was very confusing- as the train station is large and very complex and the building that includes the hotel is complex (including street level and elevated pedestrian crossings). Better instructions (map) for making what should be a short connection would have been helpful. Also, it would have been helpful to provide a map to the airport bus service location, which was nearby, but not obvious. The room was small for a double. We got a general alarm on our phones about the earthquake, but no communication from the hotel. We were on the 21st floor, and my wife was quite anxious about aftershocks. Luckily, they did not materialize.
