Ok for a few nights in Osaka!

Liked:Excellent position close to metro and train station. Good breakfast (they have 2 or 3 options that include Asian and western breakfast) very fresh and rich (no buffet but they can make variations if you ask them) nice amenities, staff extremely helpful and polite, excellent service.

Disliked:Mind that the rooms can be very small , especially the toilets. It’s virtually impossible to open your suitcase and if you are taller than 1.60 mt it might be uncomfortable fitting in the toilet. The room ist exceptionally organised either so the little space that could be saved is unusable. The bed is really comfortable though.

Liked:Hotel is super clean and staff is friendly

Disliked:They didn’t have a microwave on each floor. If we needed something heated, we had to give it to the staff at the front desk. They would take it inside, heat it up, and bring it back. I was a bit unconvinced about that arrangement.
