Beautiful experience with convenience and exceptional staff

Liked:The distance of the metro station and the other locations like Osaka station, dotonbori and Namba

Disliked:The room size is definitely smaller than expected but we honestly weren’t in the hotel a lot

Extended Group · Oct 2026

Liked:We had already made an early booking with full payment and requested rooms next to each other, not quiet rooms. Upon check-in, we were told that only 2 rooms next to each other were available on one floor, while the other room was allocated one level up. Hopefully next time, rooms can be reserved as requested for early bookings. Thank you.

Disliked:Breakfast was okay, thanks for the complimentary breakfast! Maybe next time can have some variety - one day sausage, next day bread & butter.
