Great hotel in a horrible location.

Liked:Great hotel and amenities. Easy check-in if you follow the instructions sent to you. Bed is a Japanese medium (Western firm)

Disliked:Location. This a great hotel is a horrible location. The noise at night will keep you up. There are a lot of adult establishments around. If you are here to party and have fun, this is the hotel for you.

Wouldn't stay there again. I would find a quieter place near the Tennoji Temple.

Liked:The apartment was clean, had two nice beds, a washer, refrigerator, electric stove, kettle, some cutlery, and mugs. Also, a nice tub/shower, toilet, and vanity.

Disliked:We couldn't preregister, because their system wouldn't accept the photos of our passports. That was a hassle that required us to get onto their link. We couldn't get in until 4 pm and they wouldn't give us the code until we paid a tax, which meant we had to get into their link which didn't work repeatedly. Once we did get it to work, we had to give a credit card to the link which was sketchy. The area was super busy with bars and restaurants making noise until the daylight hours. Seems like a good place for young men to find companions, including a XXX place right next door.

Liked:Self-check in was great. Building was modern and very clean. The room privacy was top since we had the only apartment on the highest floor. It was very spacious, with very large bathroom as well. Considering the location (a busy street with street food and entertainment facilities nearby), there was no problem with noise. Overall, no regrets at all.

Disliked:I was a bit misled by the photos, expecting to have larger balcony, which belonged to the apartment one floor below. Also, kitchen equipment (if you want to cook by yourself) was rather basic. However, there are plenty of restaurants and within 5 min walking distance, on the same street, as well as several shops in the neighborhood.

Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Liked:We could collect the building key for just 1 room 601. 2nd Room 602 was not possible to take. We were required to pay additional JPY 1600. We didn't find it earlier at the time of booking. Hotel informed us it is part of tax. Difficult to digest and accept the reasoning.

Disliked:Close to Osaka Station
