Tatty hotel and non advice of ongoing building works prior to travel!

Liked:Do not use this hotel!!!! We were changed to this hotel by our tour operator due to the one we originally booked closed. We were not advised of building work and the pool renovation prior to travel. It totally ruined our holiday. We didn't have use of a pool for the last seven days and were offered no alternative either!! Our hotel of a lifetime was totally destroyed! To add insult to injury, we were offered a refund of £60. Totally NOT acceptable.
