Used to love Red Lion. Double Tree-sad. But nice staff.

Liked:The staff. Michelle (manager) and Christine did everything they could to help. Kitchen staff very pleasant.

Disliked:Toilet wouldn’t flush!! No staff around to help Christine find me a plunger even. So she opened a room on the next floor down-for us to use that. Never got any cookies. 1 out of 6 elevators don’t work. Garage costs $25-it used to be included for guests when it was Red Lion.

Liked:The building was cool the beds were very soft and clean.

Disliked:The wifi was not connecting I tried to call the service line and was never put through waited to long.
