Liked:Loved the older building style.

Disliked:Charging guests for parking on the lot behind the hotel seemed like an unnecessary up charge. We did not like that at all. Restaurant off of lobby (which hotel may not have any control over) was sorely understaffed and service slow and generally poor.

Truly amazing

Liked:Me and my significant other came to visit for our mini Vacation and had a great time especially with our server Monique and her expertise and knowledge of the Restaurant, it was truly an amazing experience and will come again next time I’m close by

Wonderfully pleasant

Liked:From start to finish everything was amazing! Izzy at the front desk was beyond accommodating and even went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Then Sam at Olive & Ira’s was wonderfully attentive and gave amazing service! 10/10 if you’re coming through the Omaha area!
