Great location and nice room EXCEPT for the bathroom stool too low to the floor.

Disliked:Toilet is way too low to the floor! Seriously, and as an elderly person I found that such a low position for using it absolutely uncomfortable. At least install a bar next to it so a person can manage to stand back up with at least a bit of dignity. That one thing about my room pretty much ruined my stay at Aloft.

Maybe this hotel could be good if not everything bad was happening at the same time

Liked:I liked the room layout and the lobby. Very modern

Disliked:First off there WiFi was “spotty” the whole stay. Looking at reviews, this has been going on for a month now. To make it up they gave us free breakfast which wasn’t anything nice. The room looked dirty, stains on the carpet and stains on the bed spread.

Clean and good location but lacking in amenities

Liked:Clean and good location

Disliked:The ice machine was broken, the WiFi and streaming services were unavailable, and the breakfast did not look appetizing at all. The cleaning crew did not make it to our floor until 2-3p, we had been out all morning and it would’ve been nice to have had the room cleaned before we returned after lunch.
