Great holiday - would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Liked:Location was great - close to the strip but in a quiet location. Breakfast was good, great choice of hot and cold foods. Staff were very attentive and friendly especially the pool staff.

Disliked:Nothing - the only thing I think they can improve on is catering a bit more for coeliacs - everything on the pool food menu contained gluten and there were no gluten free beers available.

Liked:A lovely modern hotel situated in the perfect location just a few strides away from the huddle bussle of the bars shops and cafes. And the stay made perfect evenmore by the amazing staff.. From Abdul qadiz,Yasmin and kaan in reception to harum yaya and Linda in the breakfast bar.. they all went above and beyond to make our stay even more pleasant. : 🤩👌🏽 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Disliked:Nothing not to like.. : )) Maybe black out curtains if I was being fussy..

‼️‼️‼️⚠️⚠️Read before booking!! - Serious Staff Harassment — I Felt Unsafe Staying Here

Disliked:I had a very distressing experience at this hotel because of the behaviour of a member of the reception staff. The staff member repeatedly contacted me, asked intrusive personal questions, pressured me to go out with him, repeatedly called and messaged me while I was sleeping and knocked on my hotel room door. When we later went out, his behaviour became inappropriate and included unwanted touching. Because he knew my room number and had access to my personal information, I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe returning to the hotel. I reported everything to hotel management and provided evidence of the communications. I eventually had to request a room change because I no longer felt safe staying in my original room. I also formally complained to Booking.com on 12 August, but after they followed up with the property, I was told on 20 August that “no compensation could be provided in this case.” Despite the seriousness of what happened, I received no financial compensation or refund. Some of the other hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately that does not outweigh this experience. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing and I would never stay here again. If you are considering this hotel, I would strongly recommend taking these concerns into consideration.
