Good quality but overpriced

Liked:Very clean rooms, friendly staff, very good kids club. Aquapark is quite big. Food is generally good, especially dinner service and seafood alternatives were top. Selection of products in that department is generally high quality. Drinks, ice creams, snacks, meat products, etc. You get ab extra a la carte restaurant access if you go with booking and that’s quite good. Don’t bother with the free one, main restaurant is better. The water temperature and cleanliness is perfect. Colours of the water is nothing less than bahamas or hawaii. Rooms are spacious enough, nothing fancy but not below expectations. If you’re into parasailing and paragliding it’s the perfect place. Paraglading lands in front of the main restaurant :)

Disliked:There is no beach bar. There is a bar they call the beach bar, but it takes a fair climb up stairs to reach, and since you are unlikely to get a lounger anywhere near those stairs, it is a long trip. The snack bar is no better. I ended up using a shopping bag to carry sandwiches and drinks back for my wife and me. The water is lovely once you are in, but depending on the day the waves throw fist sized rocks at you on the way. Bring water shoes. The pool is shockingly small and dated, as is the amphitheatre. This is one of the older resorts and it shows. Adult entertainment was mediocre. Over seven nights there were maybe two shows worth watching. Not bad as such, but I have seen far better at cheaper resorts. One personal experience worth adding is the front desk. I booked four to five months ahead. Three weeks before arrival a larger room appeared for only 29 GBP more, but my rate was non refundable and there was no upgrade option, so I messaged the hotel through the booking system. Three days later they replied that the hotel was full, and the room disappeared from availability five minutes afterwards. On arrival I mentioned it to guest relations purely as feedback, not expecting anything. They took me to the front desk, where I was offered the same room for 500 EUR. When I said I would not pay that, the reply was to ask what I would offer. I found myself haggling over a room I had never asked to buy, and left shortly after. Communication could be much better, and language was no excuse here, as I speak theirs fluently.

Liked:This is our fifth visit to your amazing resort, and we truly feel attached to it. When comparing this stay to our previous one, I can confidently say that the place remains just as wonderful, clean, and beautifully maintained. Simply put, it is one of the best destinations I have ever visited. We love it so much that we cannot even consider trying another place. The resort offers excellent cleanliness, comfort, and luxury for all ages. Access to the rooms is also very convenient. My mother has knee problems, and reaching our room required walking and climbing stairs. However, your staff made everything easy for us by providing transportation with the small cars directly to our room, which we deeply appreciated. There is only one point I would like to bring to your attention. It concerns the net placed around the children’s swimming area in the Kids Entertainment section. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it is not safe. Children tend to climb the net, and at the same time they can slip and fall on their heads. This is exactly what happened to my son. He was injured and required stitches. Thankfully, this incident did not affect our overall experience, and we continued to enjoy our stay. I am attaching a clarification regarding the pool area I mentioned.
