Liked:We loved the property. The owner, Özlem, is very nice and welcoming. She messaged me before arrival to check in. She even sent us with sandwiches for our early morning departure. Otherwise, the breakfast is included and very yummy. It is clean and small - only 10 rooms on property so it feels more homey. We stayed at the attic room. It wasn’t my favorite layout because it is an attic so you become susceptible to banging your head on the ceiling and there is no balcony. Unfortunately, that was our only choice and the room was nice regardless. We had a small problem with our shower not draining properly, but we were able to WhatsApp Özlem and it got fixed. The bathroom came equipped with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion. You can get an iron upon request. Not sure if I noted a hairdryer. The property amenities are nice. There is a restaurant on property, Jade Terrace. It is very good, although pricey. The staff is incredible and can recommend dishes/deinks based on taste. That is also where you eat breakfast. The website notes buffet style, but it is not. You get a personal assortment of the Turkish breakfast at the table - it is very delicious with lots of options, and eggs cooked your way. The pool is nice for night swims and during the day you can walk across the pedestrian walk to the free beach - Belcekiz or walk down to the lagoon (150 lira entry fee). The hotel does not come with beach chairs so be prepared to rent/use a beach club. There are paragliders landing right outside the hotel which is a fun sight to see. Overall, the views are stunning in and outside the property. The bus stop to go to Oludeniz and Fethiye is also ~100m away. We took it on our way in (they can store luggage in the back) and it was fairly inexpensive. The stop is Oludeniz. We also took it to the cable car and into town, it makes frequent stops. There is also an entry to hotel from beach side. I saw a lot of reviews mentioning noise. That is true.

Liked:Nice,relaxing,very clean and comfy hotel just few steps from Oludeniz beach,restaurants and shoping area;the blue lagoon is only 8/10minutes walking distance from the property a really nice experience.

I would definitely book at this hotel again!

Liked:The location is amazing. The breakfast area is beautiful with the sea view and the paragliders above you. The breakfast is delicious and no buffet hassle. The room we booked for two is spacious and clean. The staff is also amazing. Special thanks go to Ozlum for taking care of us with the airport taxi driver.

Disliked:The music is usually loud until 1 p.m. However, the hotel provides sleeping earplugs, which solves the problem.
