Terrible check-in experience, serious security concerns, and poor maintenance

Liked:Not a lot - the size is good.

Disliked:Our stay here was frustrating and stressful from the moment we arrived. Despite arriving well after the designated check-in time, the digital keypad code provided simply did not work. When we called management, none of their backup codes worked either. They then instructed us to open the physical key safe to retrieve a spare key—only for us to discover the safe was completely empty. This immediately raised massive red flags: where was that physical key, who had access to it, and would our belongings actually be secure inside? Management’s only solution was to dispatch a courier with another key during Friday evening rush hour from central Lisbon. We were left stranded in the hallway outside the door for nearly an hour and a half, frantically searching for alternative accommodation on our phones because we weren’t even sure we’d get in—all while on a tight schedule before a major race the following morning. Once finally inside, the apartment continued to disappoint: - Lingering Odors: The utility area overlooking the river had an unmistakable stale cigarette smell, and the en-suite bathroom had a constant, damp odor of trapped humidity that smelled distinctly of possible mold. - Questionable Installations: In the kitchen, the extractor fan above the hob isn't properly vented outside; the outlet ducting simply discharges straight into the cupboard directly above it, rendering it completely pointless. Between the shambolic check-in logistics, legitimate security concerns over unaccounted-for keys, and subpar ventilation, this place fell well short of expectations. Not recommended.

Good location, well equipped apartment and perfect for a base to explore and visit Cascais/Lisbon.

Liked:Great view, spacious and well equipped kitchen and modern showers/bathroom.

Disliked:No automatic blinds in living room. Neighbours not very welcoming of guests. Beds/mattresses have dips which when investigated the bed boards undernneath had a couple snapped and come loose in both bedrooms.
