It took forever to check in maybe around 2 hours but the stay was nice

Overall had a good stay.

Liked:It is in a good spot on the board walk close to all the shops.

Disliked:Hard to get bath towels replaced and front desk attendant was rude to my granddaughter when she asked to use the lobby bathroom. Other staff were very nice.

Good place if you don't have small children

Liked:Location is great. Room was neat and accommodating.

Disliked:There was 2 balconies which had lock bolt but the lock would open when the handle on the inside was used. This is a problem for a family with a small child or children. Had to barricade both balcony doors for safety with a 2 year old. Needed chain locks on all doors or a lock a 2 year old couldnt reach. Main door to room was same way, 2 year old could open effortlessly. Also they shouldn't have allowed us to pick a check in time because what I checked and what happened was about 4 hours apart. Again, with a small child wasn't terrible but definitely should have been able to check in before 6pm when checking 2pm check in time. Read the check in rules. Wish I would have.

Great overall, except for a few minor glitches.

Liked:Always love the view of the ocean from the balconies. Love the amount of room in the suite-We don't necessarily need all of the room that we had, but at least we aren't right on top of each other.

Disliked:Frequent smells of Cannabis in the hallways. Often could smell it in our room. Wondering if the smoke detectors need to be checked better, or if they were disabled somehow. Also, having a very hard time receiving a copy of my bill-told that since I booked through a 3rd party, the 3rd party would provide it for me, but as of the time of this review, I have not heard from the 3rd party regarding it. Also, I did have to put something on the bill that I didn't do through the 3rd party, so I should have been able to receive my bill when I checked out.
